Refund Policy - the basics

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations are permitted for consultancy services purchased through Rehberium.

Rehberium offers subscription-based consulting plans for 3D printing companies, which involve a significant investment of time, resources, and planning. As such, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and sustainability for both parties.

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

What to include in the Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Window

Clients may cancel their subscription plan within the first 14 calendar days (2 weeks) of the initial purchase. In such cases, a full refund will be issued upon request. To initiate a cancellation and refund during this period, please contact us at info@rehberium.com with your name, company, and payment details.

2. Non-Cancellation Period

After the initial 14-day period, subscriptions are considered confirmed and non-refundable for a minimum of 6 months. This is due to the upfront time and financial investment Rehberium makes in market research, outreach, and personalized consultancy for each client.

3. Mid-Term Cancellation

Cancellations requested after the initial 14 days and before the 6-month commitment period ends will not be eligible for a refund, either full or partial. Clients will retain access to all services until the end of the 6-month cycle.

4. Exceptional Cases

In rare and exceptional cases—such as unforeseen company closure or inability to deliver services—Rehberium reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any discretionary refunds will be communicated in writing.

5. Subscription Renewal

After the initial 6-month period, subscriptions may be canceled or renewed on a monthly basis. To avoid automatic renewal, clients must notify us at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.

Rehberium reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
